What is the EdUnity App Store?

The EdUnity App Store is a place to discover and add third-party features and services to your School's App. You can find a wide range of apps and services by exploring the various categories available.

Why Are Some Apps Only Available On the Bespoke Programme?

Apps and enhancements which require more advanced configurations or setups, are currently limited to clients on the EdUnity Bespoke Programme. Adding these services incurs a one-time set up fee. If you would like to explore adding these services please contact either your Account Manager or a Support Team.

Can I Add Third-Party Apps and Features At Anytime?

Yes! You can add any third-party apps on the App Store at anytime. New features are typically available within 15 minutes once added to your School's App.

What Does A Web App Mean?

Some service providers offer a web app version of their service which can be easily used on mobile devices. These apps are not built natively to work with EdUnity - meaning you can still add them to your School's App for easy access. However, these services will not be able to take advantage of features such as Single Sign On, Notifications or Data Sharing.

Can I ask Existing Suppliers to Integrate or add their services to my school's app?

Absolutely! If you are using existing suppliers we certainly encourage asking them to update their services to be EdUnity compatible. Please reach out to our team and we will be happy to connect with your suppliers and guide them through the set-up process.

Do I need to Update My School's Application if I add a New App?

Generally speaking no, your School's App updates regularly over the cloud and new features are usually available to users within 15 minutes. If the app you are adding requires a change in privacy settings (such as requesting access to a user's microphone) then an app store update may be required. In this case, our team will process an app store update for you and users will be notified to update.

How Do I Add an App?

You can add an app from the Features page. You must have Administrative Access or permission from an Administrator to add a new feature or service. If you need help, please contact our team via the Live Chat who will be more than happy to assist.

I Need an App or Service that isn't available

If you can't find what you are looking for in our App Store then please reach out to our team. The EdUnity Bespoke Programme is geared specifically towards schools with tailored needs. A Solutions Advisor will be happy to explore your requirements and guide you through the various options available.
